1. System Acceptance
By accessing the AVAparts tactical inventory system, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our procurement protocols. These terms govern all part sourcing inquiries made through this interface.
2. "Call-for-Price" Model
AVAparts operates a diagnostic-first pricing model. Prices displayed or quoted are subject to global metal market volatility. No transaction is binding until a direct verbal or signed digital confirmation from our dispatch base.
3. Fitment Responsibility
While our database utilizes OEM-grade cross-reference tables, the final responsibility for chassis compatibility rests with the purchasing entity. We highly recommend providing Machined VIN/Serial numbers during consultation.
4. Payment Protocols
Standard terms are Net-0 upon confirmation. We accept authorized ACH, Business Check, and major credit cards. Late payments incur a 1.5% technical fee per 30-day interval to cover logistical holding costs.
5. Limitation of Liability
AVAparts shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or "machine-down" productivity losses resulting from the use or delayed delivery of components. Liability is capped at the invoice price of the specific component.
