Verified Part Returns Only
Due to the precision-machined nature of these components, returns are subject to structural audits prior to reversal of credit.
30-Day Operational Window
You have 30 days from component reception to initiate an RMA. Parts must be in original industrial packaging and free of installation marks, fluids, or heat-cycle evidence.
Core Exchange Verification
For remanufactured engine assemblies or hydraulic blocks, "Core Credit" is released within 72 hours of your used core passing our technical intake audit. Cores must be drained and drained.
Logistical Restocking
Unless the dispatch error was logistical (incorrect SKU), a 15% restocking fee applies to all reversals of heavy-iron inventory to cover decontamination and calibration re-verified costs.
